Good condition. The body of the phone is 'bakelite'? plastic. The numbers on the dial are still bright and easy to read. The leather feet are fine. It would need a 'modern' plug attached to the wire to plug in to the 'standard' modern land line connector. When tested it it dialed well, sound was good on both the callers end and the receivers end. Rings Loud. Clean inside. Body is dated 1960, 5H dial, some parts are dated 1951 and some are dated 1949. Please note that some kinds of phone lines do not work well with these old phones.
It worked on our land line that still can use 'pulse' dialing.
If you have a 'pulse' land line you SHOULD get the same results as we did when we tested the phone but we cannot guarantee it will work on your phone line.
