Western Electric 302 metal body phone 1940 Bell System 5H rotary dial

Metal body ( zinc ? )  302  western Electric rotary dial  telephone   all main parts stamped  1940  even the transmitter and receiver units ...5H dial  I did not see any dates marked .......  the   base , bell ,induction coil all stamped 1940   heavy phone  receiver not connected...ends of wires are crumpled ..( pic ) ...not tested  ...clean inside  ( pics )..please ask any questions   Dial number card reads clearly area code 717-965-2212.   thanks  for looking
