VTG black Desktop Rotary Dial Bell System Western Electric Phone.... Bell system by western electric ... Used vtg condition ... Has cosmetic imperfections scratches dullness here and there the phone hand set has scratches and the ear and mouth piece is a bit dirty looks like foundation  .... The rotary has dust particles on pic ... The bottom feet are rusty and looks like it has been painted on the bottom .... No major damages ..... Doesn't come with a telephone plug .... Please see pics
