Its very hard to find authentic vintage Absinthe coaster/saucer of this type in this condition!
Pillivuyt has been producing fine culinary porcelain in the heart of France for nearly two centuries. Founded by the Pillivuy family in 1818.• Made in France• 1860-1915• Stamped indicating the cost of each serving Francs - centimes• Stampings and lines are in beautiful condition• The server would bring each serving to the customer on these small plates and when time came to collect payment, the server would simply tally-up the number of saucers to find the correct amount for the bill•
