Vintage black Rotary Long Distance monopone/telephone

Description

I don't know if the rotary dialer is working correctly or not.  It does not return to its original position automatically like other rotaries I have used.  I only have access to a VOIP phone line, but I was able to get the phone working on that line.  I was able to receive calls and make calls using a tone dialer (not included).  Phone is in good condition, may have been restored, came from the estate of an AT&T employee.
