    Vintage Bell Systems Black Rotary Dial
    C/D 500 Desk Phone Western Electric
    Tested, it rings nice and loud when receiving a call and I do get a dial tone if I pick up the receiver. I have no way to test dialing out.
    The dial has nice action and appears to dial correctly.
    Case is in Good Condition...No Cracks or Chips.
