Returns:
We offer 30 day returns on our items. If you decide to return an item, please contact us thru the eBay messaging system for an RMA number. All items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original unopened packaging. A partial refund may be given or the return may be refused if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition or packaging, if it has been installed in any way, if it is missing parts, cables cut or terminated, if it has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or, if it is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing.
If Your Item is Damaged While in Transit:
If the item is damaged during shipping please DO NOT open a return case. We do not want the damaged item back so there is no need to open a return case. Instead, please send us a message and include photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging material/box in which the item was received in. These are required to process shipping claims. It is important that the buyer retain the item as well as all packaging materials and make both available to the carrier upon request. Sometimes the carriers will require an inspection of the item and the packing material before they will settle the claim. You will have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement if we have stock remaining of the item that you purchased.
Refused Shipments:
Packages refused for any reason will be subject to return fees.
