    Here is a Stainless Steel metric shaft. It is 15mm od by app 278 mm or 10-15/16" long. There is a slight chamfer on each end. If it helps, this was used with Sferax linear ball bearings, 1525B. This is new old stock. Not sure if custom made or off the shelf or of mfg or type of Stainless. Slightly magnetic. Not sure if hardened, to what depth or hardness rating. No vendor packaging.
