Its a gray color Automatic 3 slot payphone . AE made these payphones in 12 colors.
Gray is rarest of all.  I have seen 1 other and it was in a collection of all the colored Automatic 3 slot payphones.
The body was  painted gray the plastic parts are gray as well.  This is a complete payphone for display. This one also has the nice clear relay cover . If you have a colored collection and you need the gray one here is your chance .I doubt you will find another
