Shoulder to crotch measures 19 inches.
Armpit to armpit = 11 inches.
Waist = 9 1/2 inches.
Inseam = 3 1/4 inches.
Size M (8-10) Child
Shoulder to crotch measures 22 inches.
Armpit to armpit = 11 3/4 inches.
Waist = 10 inches.

Fitting tip:
Find a similar item that fits well and compare measurements to those above OR measure from shoulder through crotch and back to shoulder and divide by 2.  Shoulder to crotch is the most important measurement.  Dance wear often sizes differently (Usually smaller) than regular clothes.
