Mini Telephone Magneto
Small but Powerful
This is a somewhat rare Magneto that resembles
an Edison Dynamo.
These mini magnetos were built for the U.S. military
to be small yet powerful.   This magneto is as
powerful as most 5 bar magnetos. Advancement
in technology allowed for stronger magnets to
produce a smaller magneto yet still being powerful.
This magneto has a very cool unusual look which is
similar t
o the Edison Dynamo.
All of these magnetos tested to 100-120 volts on my
Voltmeter.  (For reference, most 5 bar magnetos produce
about 80 – 120 volts on my meter.)  Voltage output
depends on ability to  crank, your voltage output may vary.
The crank handle is the fold out type that makes
it more transportable.  To operate push handle
in while cranking.
The size is about 4” by 2.5”
and about 3” height.
All of these magnetos are in good condition.
