This miners moss will grab the gold and pull it in, then allow the fine gold to settle through the mat and collect in the Ribbed Rubber V matting that is under it. The two mat system makes clean-up a breeze and you reap the full benefits of recovering every gram of gold without burning the carpet!. PVC vinyl loops and create the perfect conditions to trap and hold the particles of gold as they settle out of the fast moving water of the sluice. Miners Moss is extremely durable and can withstand repeated use in even the harshest marine environments. It is designed to be ridged enough so it does not compress under the sluice box riffles, yet is easily customizable with a straight edge and utility knife to fit any size sluice box or dredge.
