    These Lutron units are from excess inventory for a completed installation project. The unit is new and unused but the outside box shows some cosmetic wear from handling and storage. This auction does come with our 30 day return policy should it not be as described. A restocking fee will apply if returned do to customer oversight. Please review the listing before purchase.
