    Kiawah Island Security Forces Patch South Carolina. 1st Issue Hunter Green twill base with ecru embroidery, merrowed edge. Old style Cheesecloth back, sealed. This patch is from the late 1970’s. Condition is New, never attached to a uniform. 3.75 inches tall and 3.5 inch wide.
