    Out Of Town 7/25 — 7/30 No Shipping .
    Hopefully the photos can provide the best description.  To me it looks like its complete but I can't guarantee that.  The dial moves kind of slowly and returns slowly, the center ring on the dial is broken which  was the most obvious to me and maybe has had some repaint.    Also it needs a good cleaning as this was found in a storage unit.  Phone and box is being sold as found with no guarantee as to working.
