Up for your consideration is a great Oval Vegetable Bowl in the Studio pattern by Denby Langley of England.  It is about 2" high by 10" by 7" across.  It is marked on the bottom as shown.  They produced this pattern from 1963 - 1974.  It appears that the pieces I purchased in this pattern have seen very little use.
This bowl has a very tine chip on the rim as shown.  (
