    1.250" diameter (1 1/4"), 2mm (.079") wall and 47" long
    Saves about 1/3 of weight compared to an ash handle
    The scoop end has an insert which is bonded in place with a 2 part marine adhesive.  You can drill through and not cause a leak.  The outside diameter at the scoop end has been center-less ground assuring a perfect fit into the steel tube of your scoop.    The other end has an over sized cap which helps you from letting the handle slip from your hand.  This handle floats and it has a very nice texture.
    Unique "fish scale" texture gives you a better grip.
