    Description

1947-1953 Kellogg Redbar - referring to it having a bar in lieu of the common 2 pole plungers likened with other dial phones.
The body is a metal version that has been chromed, and the handset is made from original Bakelite. Reproduction cloth, modern cords with a porcelain dial.
    Professionally restored
from a reputable seller of antique phones.
    Very Good Condition!
The phone was purchased in the middle 2000s, used on occasions, then stored in a climate controlled storage unit, until now as I am selling off some of my collection. Have others posted.
I try to describe items to the best of my knowledge however, I CANNOT GUARANTEE total functionality, due to the amount of time that has passed; that I no longer support a landline home phone service to test; and I that have been advised that you will need to purchase a supplemental 'Pulse to Touch tone' converter
(minimal cost) in order to use the dialing feature.
Otherwise, you could use it just as it is to receive calls only with its loud, distinct ring.
Moreover, whether you are a phone pro buying to resell or a new collector, any issues should not be too terrible being in the condition that it is in.
