Made of comfortable neoprene, they easily slide over the fist with two finger loops and one thumb loop and are held securely in place with a plastic d-ring and hook & loop strap. Available in 2 lb. (1 lb. per hand) option, sized for adult females, or a 4 lb. (2 lbs. per hand) option, sized for adult males.
